The TruSystem 7000dV was designed in order to achieve maximum positioning precision in surgery with robotic technology, improving access to the patient.
It is the only worldwide operating table that moves isocentrically the patient, allowing to cover more anatomical regions, with this type of surgical technique.
Defining the future positioning in robotic surgery, the MC announce that the first unit will be available in the Hospital da Luz, from September 2016.

The new operating table is the result of seven years cooperation between Trumpf and Intuitive (a pioneer in robotic surgery who developed the d`Avinci system) and is recommended to complete the new robot d'Avinci Xi.

The robotic technology allows surgery through small holes (minimally invasive technique), supporting the surgeon with 3D vision technology for high full definition surgical precision.
